I'm a lifelong entrepreneur and leader who is passionate about good design, big ideas, and strong communities. I am most energized by work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, equity, and technology. I find the path from napkin to traction exhilarating and have traveled it multiple times personally and with clients. I hold a degree in Studio Art from Grinnell College and have spent the past 20 years mastering the art of business in leadership roles across Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations for organizations ranging from startups to public companies. I hold several patents, am a Minnesotan on the Move award recipient, and have served on non-profit boards including MetroIBA, St. Paul Central High School Foundation (Chair), and Unity Church-Unitarian (President).

My lifelong passion for sports, fitness and active aging inspired me to create and build ZeSa®, a company that merges rehab science with fitness innovation. I drive the vision, strategy, and partnerships that connect sports performance, physical therapy, and everyday wellness across diverse populations, including aging adults and those with disorders that affect balance. ZeSa’s Dynamic Balance-Strength Training System™ is designed to improve balance, joint stabilization and neuromuscular activation for injury prevention, recovery and performance. I’m currently seeking funding to scale ZeSa’s manufacturing for a global launch to deliver innovative, science-backed solutions to the global fitness and rehabilitation markets.
